Greetings from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, Indonesia We are delighted to inform you that application for Intake February 2017 ITS Student Exchange Program (one semester at ITS) & Lab Internship ( 1 - 3 months) for Intake February are now open. We are excited to develop this international relationship and welcome your student to our campus. Under our agreement there is no tuition fee for students from your institution to join this program. Please kindly disseminate this information to your students. Application Form. You can find it in this link http://io.its.ac.id/non-degree/ Please make sure you fill all the form (including study plan/internship plan) 2. Scanned Passport 3. Valid Health Certificate 4. Academic Transcript 5. 2 (Two) Recommendation Letters 6. Two recent 4x6 cm Colour Photographs with red background 7. Scanned of English Proficiency Certificate Please sent all of documents to Ms. Cahyani at intladmission@its.ac.id before October 17, 2016 Under this program, there will be no financial support from ITS, ITS only waive for the tuition fee. The students are responsible for any costs (living expenses, airfare ticket, health insurance) for the program. However, we will assist the students to secure their accommodation at ITS dormitory & others (http://io.its.ac.id/accommodation/) . The accepted students have to pay USD 100 for study permit letter, police report and immigration fee for the first arrival. Renewal or extension visa must be borne by the student.
